Private employment Agency License is issued by the Labour Commissioner in accordance with the National Employment Promotions Services Act. The license is valid for a period of a government financial year. The following are minimum required documents for registration of a private employment agency:-
A. Company Documents:
Certificate of Incorporation
Memorandum and Articles of Association
Taxpayer Identification Number
Lease Agreement or Certificate of Right of Occupancy
Tax Clearance Certificate
Business License
Company Profile
B. Shareholders & Directors Documents
CV
Police Clearance Form
NIDA
Passport (if is foreigner)
Academic Certificates
If no Director has human resources or related field qualifications, then company’s employee with human resources education qualifications and experience detailed CV & Academic Certificates will be required.
C. Other documents
Application letter
Application form
Proof of payment of a prescribed fee of Tshs 500,000
Any further document may be required by relevant authority.
